We are two brothers, Biagio & Pep who share a passion for all Italian food but pizza in particular. We are second generation Italian and our parents emigrated from Italy in 1954 to settle in Bedford.
Our Mother came from Faeto and our Father from Castelluccio Valmaggiore, both near Foggia in the southern region of Puglia, which is characterised by a large emphasis on agriculture. They were both from farming families growing mostly, olives, tomatoes, wheat, sunflowers and grapes.
We are an Italian family business and have been making pizzas, pasta, cured meats and Italian food in general with our Mamma and Nonna since childhood.
Everything we know is from our parents and grandparents. This includes our passion and respect for fresh, natural food, how its grown and the importance of flavour. We have also travelled extensively all over Italy and gained knowledge of food and ingredients from other regions.
